The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state courts inWyoming, or Florida,or federal court for the District of Wyoming, Florida, . The Terms do not limit any rights that Aquifer Technologies and Innovations, LLC / Aquifer CRM may have under trade secret, copyright, patent or other laws.
